Ruby on Rails Lead Developer

to boost the development of our products Chouette SaaS and Ara SaaS

enRoute is expanding and we are on the lookout for a great Ruby on Rails Lead Developer to support our development team.

For the past few years, our team has been working towards enabling all actors of public transport and shared mobilities to take control of their mobility data.
We are currently developing two software platforms: Chouette SaaS to manage theoretical data, and Ara SaaS, for real-time data.

Job Duties

  • Contribute to the life cycle of a product and its code: functional evolutions, updates, refactoring, code cleaning, etc;
  • Discover -or deepen knowledge of- the mobility sector, and data management;
  • Interacting with the users of our products;
  • Manage the infrastructure evolutions (build processes, Kubernetes clusters, monitoring, etc.);
  • Improve the performances of our Chouette SaaS and Ara SaaS products (from XML review, to database, or GraphQL API).

Our ideal candidate

  • A strong command of Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem;
  • Ability to understand business issues and interact with the different team members;
  • Ability to pass knowledge and experience on to benefit the whole team;
  • Previous experience in infrastructure management (Google Cloud, Datadog, etc.);
  • A passion for Go would be a plus.

  • An up-to-date infrastructure (Kubernetes on Google Cloud);
  • a complete build/deploy chain;
  • Extensive test suites from rspec/jest/go testing to cucumber + selenium;

Customer Success Manager

to support our clients/clients

enRoute is expanding and we are on the lookout for a new Customer Success Manager to reinforce our team.

In close coordination with our support, product and technical teams, you will assist in customer support and the identification of their needs
You will primarily handle French and global key accounts, interacting with the respective mobility data and passenger information manager as a main point of contact.

Job Duties

  • Develop and entertain long-term relationships with your client counterparts;
  • Host presentation and operational meetings with our clients;
  • Introduce enRoute Products and run training sessions;
  • Support our clients, and all Chouette SaaS and Ara SaaS users with their respective issues;
  • Take part to users’ onboarding through the evolution of the support documentation and user interfaces;
  • Engage in upsell and cross-sell to increase our customer engagement rate;
  • Relay user feedbacks to the support, product and technical teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of enRoute solutions.
